B I O G R A P H Y :

YEARS AGO... Brigitte Enzler grew up with New Wave and experimental Electronics from the early 80s. In her teenage years she founded a girl-combo and started her first own record label to independently release and distribute the  music of her combo. 2 releases were made. After the combo's split-up (1989), there was a phase of retirement.

In the 1990s Brigitte started to arrange parties (electronic music) for small clubs in her area (Augsburg, Germany).

In the year 2000, she founded  the collective Kommando 6. In 2001 she decided, to run a label again and Kommando 6 became also a record label. Finally, in the same year, she started to create tracks under the pseudonym BETA EVERS, what she does strictly on her own, without the participation of producers. In 2006 she closed Kommando 6 after 20 releases and started soon 2 new labels, Bodyvolt and Venus Noir.

Besides her solo-works, Beta Evers was involved in various collaborative projects since 2002: Black Spider Clan, Radikale Analog Fraktion, Flying Bodies, Zwischenwelt, Gedankenexperiment, Black Pond. Once in a while she did guest vocals for other artists.

In 2016 and 2017 she recorded new solo material that got released on a LP in December 2016, followed by an EP and Split-EP in 2017. Besides she started a vinyl release-series on her Bodyvolt label.

Over the last few years she focused on NON-MUSIC projects, but still spends time in her studio at times.  (last updated in 2023)
